euroCRIS: the international organisation for Research Information

Mission & Goals

To promote collaboration within the research information community and advance interoperability through CERIF (Common European Research Information Format). To further develop and curate the CERIF datamodel and exchange format. To provide expertise on research information to governments, organisations and companies, e.g. through training or consultancy activities. To promote optimal information supply on research to the stakeholders in the research information domain (researchers, managers, funders, policy makers, assessors, ...) as well as the general public. To promote and foster the creation of optimal research infrastructures such as the EOSC. To promote and foster the coming into being of an international research information infrastructure based on standards.
