Mission & Goals
Euro Foie Gras est la fédération européenne des producteurs de foie gras. Constituée en 2008 à Strasbourg, elle regroupe les fédérations de producteurs de Belgique, Bulgarie, Espagne, France et Hongrie. Son objectif est de défendre le métier de producteur de foie gras. Les différents membres instaurent entre eux un échange continu d’expériences et de savoir-faire, tout en gardant leurs spécificités.
