Mission & Goals
Eurita plays a pivotal role in providing information and promoting opportunities offered by Europe. Eurita specializes in European project design for both public and private entities, with a particular focus on non-profit organizations. It also commissions informational documents about the workings of European institutions. Eurita's majority shareholder is Coopselios, a Cooperative Society active in the field of health, education and social services. Eurita tracks various relevant European legislative and political initiatives for Coopselios' activities and promotes dialogue with institutional actors. Eurita organizes communication activities on European union such as https://www.angeloeuropeo.eu/12-ore-per-12-stelle/ Coopselios is an active participant in the innovative LAB IN CHIOSTRI project situated in the beautiful newly renovated San Pietro cloisters in Reggio Emilia. This locale serves as the Reggio Emilia branch of the "Laboratori Aperti" network and stands as the innovative hub of the new cloisters. Located nearby the monumental complex, it acts as a physical and conceptual space with ambitious goals. The Open Lab of Reggio Emilia fosters cooperation and collaboration among businesses, citizens, the Third Sector, universities, research, and Public Administration. It is a space for open and participatory project development, revolving around the principles of collaborative economy, common goods, and digital culture.
