Mission & Goals
Since 2017, the overall ambition of ERN EURACAN is to establish a worldleading, patient-centric and sustainable network of multidisciplinary research-intensive clinical centres focused on rare adult solid cancers (RASC) with the underlying vision to: • reduce inequalities and drastically improve the overall quality of care of all European patients affected with RAC, • improve the understanding and knowledge of patients, families, health care workers, and doctors on these rare cancers, and • ensure an optimised access to clinical innovation in the field of RAC and across all Member States (MS). The ERN EURACAN is now in place, gathers 92 full members, 9 Affiliated Partners, 14 ePAGs and 22 Scientific societies, rare cancer networks, and research groups.

Member Of
The members of EURACAN are European healthcare providers/expert centers which provide high-quality level of care for patients with a rare adult solid cancer. To ensure the representation of patients' perspective, the network closely collaborates with non-profit patient organisations across the EU. To enrich its activities and work on its sustainability, EURACAN is also associated with European and national scientific societies and international partners.
