Mission & Goals
EU-Experts Forum for Ukraine Assistance (EUFUA) is a Brussels-based non-profit institutional bureau established under Belgian law and operating in alignment with applicable EU legal, ethical, fiduciary and governance frameworks.Its remit is to advance alignment, preparedness and institutional coherence between Ukrainian stakeholders and the governance frameworks, policies and instruments of the European Union. Operating upstream of decision-making and implementation, EUFUA provides analytical, preparatory and facilitative functions that enhance regulatory awareness, institutional maturity and structured engagement within EU systems.The bureau translates EU governance logic into country-specific readiness pathways, promoting clarity, traceability and systemic consistency in the context of Ukraine’s European integration trajectory.

Communication Activities
Analytical monitoring and structured interpretation of the listed EU legislative frameworks, including the Ukraine Facility Regulation and related financial governance instruments. Preparation of expert briefs, institutional analyses and knowledge-structuring materials translating EU policy logic into country-specific preparedness pathways. Internal expert exchanges and public-facing knowledge dissemination activities (public events, expert discussions, online publications) aimed at enhancing understanding of EU enlargement and recovery governance frameworks. No direct lobbying or advocacy activities have been undertaken.

Member Of
EUFUA does not currently hold formal membership status in associations, confederations or umbrella networks. The platform was established with financial and institutional support from SMEunited, the recognised EU Social Partner representing approximately 24 million SMEs and craft businesses across Europe. EUFUA maintains structured institutional cooperation with European social partner networks, craft and SME organisations, and relevant EU-level stakeholders.

The organisation recorded no income or expenditure in the most recent closed financial year. Activities falling within the scope of the Transparency Register were carried out on a voluntary, non-remunerated basis. EUFUA operates without salaried staff and without operating revenue.
