Mission & Goals
EucoLight is the European association of lighting WEEE compliance schemes. Its members are producer responsibility organisations specialised in managing the collection and recycling of end-of-life lighting products (e.g. lamps and luminaires) on behalf of their producers. Of particular interest for our association are the EU legislation on collection and recycling of WEEE and circular economy and related waste topics. EucoLight promotes the positive role of Extended Producer Responsibility organisations on the environment and society and is engaged in a constructive dialogue with stakeholders to make circular economy a reality for lighting products.
