We have been involved in representation of interests for many years. In the calendar year 2024-2025, we have been representing one client (Grupa Azoty S.A.), but this ceased in July of 2024. Since then (2024-2025), we have been involved in contacting the MEPs in general areas of our expertise, but not on behalf of any specific clients (hence we shared our expertise and views on EU regulation, but did not advocate any specific policies or solutions on benefit of any clients (paying or non-paying). As we have undergone internal restructuring and we are currently actively looking for clients, we expect to be soon representing client interests before EU institutions. While we - at this moment - do not have clients actively represented, for reasons of transparency, reputation, and standing, we prefer to already be registered with the EU Transparency Register, as we believe this confirms our commitment to transparency and ethics. When we finally land clients, we will immediately supplement our registration indicating the clients and areas of representation. However, as we regularly interact with MEPs and their staff on EU policy matters (although not for any clients), we believe it would be proper to be officially registered.
