Mission & Goals
EU-INC is a grassroots initiative supported by key stakeholders from Europe’s startup and scaleup ecosystem, including founders, investors, and ecosystem builders. Our mission is to drive the creation of a 28th regime in Europe—a dedicated pan-European company framework designed to empower startups and scaleups to thrive across the single market. Our efforts include mobilizing community support, engaging policymakers, and securing endorsements from high-level figures to push for a concrete legislative proposal in the next Commission mandate. Through this, we seek to ensure Europe becomes the best place for startups and scaleups to launch, grow, and lead in innovation.

Communication Activities
EU-INC drives targeted communication activities to advance its goal of establishing a 28th regime in Europe for startups and scaleups. These include organizing and participating in high-level policy discussions with key EU stakeholders, publishing thought leadership pieces and open letters endorsed by founders and investors, and executing advocacy campaigns that engage policymakers and the broader public. Our campaigns leverage digital platforms, traditional media, and stakeholder networks to amplify our message and secure support for our policy proposal.
