Mission & Goals
The international non-profit association (association internationale sans but lucrative – AISBL) was created under Belgian law for the management of EU-CONEXUS. The EU-CONEXUS partner universities have decided to set-up this legal entity in order to centralise and rationalise the administration of selected joint activities and/or procedures. Thus, it serves as a testbed for an operational collaboration framework for a European University Alliance.

Composition 6.1.1 The Association is an association of Members consisting of legal persons, entities, associations, companies and sole proprietorships, constituted and organised in accordance with the law of their country of origin. 6.1.2 Each Member shall be represented by itself (or its organs in the case of a legal person) or through a special proxy. 6.2. Number of Members The number of Members is unlimited, but may never be less than two (2) Members. 6.3. Members The Members are those signatories of the statutes and those who joined the Association after its constitution. 6.4. Rights and Powers of Members All members have the same rights, obligations and powers within the Association.
