Mission & Goals

EELC offers legal expert knowledge for shaping and implementation of environmental law, in order to defend public interests. Our aim is that norms of environmental law and their implementation guarantee clean and healthy environment and biological diversity. EELC is a non-profit organization operating in the public interest, which also operates as a social enterprise, i.e. we use all the income used from the provision of legal services to fulfill our statutory goals. Our legal form and articles of association do not allow us to pay out earned profits as dividends.
