In its pledge, Esri has established a “GIS School Program” offering free access to and use of the ArcGIS Online platform, especially for STEM education initially to 500 primary and secondary schools and vocational institutions in 10 EU member states by the end of 2018. • Eionet: Esri has a software grant in place for Eionet supporting organizations providing those with perpetual licenses. • Support to geographic analysis (ante, mid-term and post) of legislation, directives and programs launched by the EU
Communication Activities
• European Location Framework (ELF, http://www.elfproject.eu) Esri has significantly contributed to the ELF project with in-kind contribution totalling 0.5 FTE / EUR 100K p.a. In addition, Esri had provided a software grant for project partners providing those with perpetual licenses.

Additional Information
We do not have dedicated staff covering the EU Institution activities described in the registry. There are a few of our employees that attend relevant meetings and events in Brussels every 2-3 months, most often as a day trip from the Netherlands. The cost estimate covers those travel expenses in addition to meeting preparation time and follow up.
