Mission & Goals
The Entertainment Technology Industry Alliance (ETIA) unites national associations across Europe working in media and live event technologies. Our members include manufacturers, distributors, integrators, production companies and service providers of all sizes. ETIA is a platform for collaboration, bringing together expertise and resources for the benefit of our members and the industry at large. We act as a unified voice to address shared challenges, advocate for the sector, and contribute informed insights to European legislative and regulatory discussions. We aim at building a sustainable, resilient and future-proof industry, steering the sector’s twin transition toward environmental and social responsibility and digital innovation. We work towards harmonised international and European standards that enhance safety, quality, reliability and interoperability across the global entertainment technology and audio visual industry.

Communication Activities
We seek at participating in open consultations of the European Commission as well as actively contributing to the decision making process, be it through meetings with members of the Commission, the European Parliament and other institutions and agencies, be it through written statements and amendments to specific policy proposals. We plan in person events in Brussels and at different European trade shows to discuss topics of relevance. ETIA also participates in events organised by third parties.
