Mission & Goals

The Energy and Climate Policy and Innovation Council e.V. (EPICO) is a think tank that aims to advance constructive climate and energy policies to achieve climate neutrality in Germany, Europe and worldwide with scientifically sound, viable, balanced concepts. EPICO makes its research results generally available and publicly visible via its website and events, and shares its knowledge and findings as a think tank with actors from politics, business, science and civil society in the context of a professional exchange. EPICO operates independently as a non-profit association. We finance our staff, activities and projects mainly through grants from or in cooperation with foundations.
