Mission & Goals
- improve interaction and collaboration between all stakeholders involved in different types of modelling and digital representation of materials, including processes and manufacturing. The main stakeholders are modellers, digitisation media experts, software owners, translators and manufacturers. - identify the main obstacles to the increased use of numerical modelling and representation of materials in European industry and develop strategies to overcome them. - coordinate and support actors and mechanisms for the rapid transfer of materials modelling and numerical representation, as well as academic innovation to end-users and potential beneficiaries in industry. - support the sustainability of materials modelling and digital representation of materials modelling and digital representation of materials in Europe. - increase awareness and adoption in industry and support the related software industry in Europe.

Additional Information
The estimate includes €1000 membership fee of IAM-I, and staff costs as well as travel representing EMMC in IAM-I activities and related activities in the context of the Advanced Materials Act and the future funding programme (e.g. Roadmap update).
