Communication Activities
Together with the Center for Reproductive Rights and its partner organizations involved in the refugee crisis response, a fact-finding report has been compiled, titled ”Care in Crisis Failures to Guarantee the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Refugees from Ukraine in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia”. The report is based on more than 80 semi-structured interviews conducted between July 2022 and April 2023 with refugees, professional stakeholders and experts in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. The report also outlines a series of urgent actions that the European Union, national governments and humanitarian actors need to take now to address these problems. Together with the international media launch of the report, we also spread the word to Hungarian media outlets and other stakeholders.
