Mission & Goals
The organisation develops and delivers large-scale cross-border electricity infrastructure integrating renewable generation, storage and transmission, with the objective of strengthening EU energy security, supporting decarbonisation and enabling the efficient integration of renewable electricity. Its activities currently include the development of Qantara Med, a cross-border electricity interconnection project between Morocco and France, aligned with EU priorities such as CEF Energy and Global Gateway.
