Mission & Goals
ELECTA is closing the gender gap in political leadership by offering the first multi partisan training programme for female candidates across the EU.
EU Legislative Interests
ELECTA wants to facilitate the access to the highest political leadership position to women across the continent. We are working toward the EU's gender equality agenda and protecting ou democracy. We are meeting the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, from the unit responsible for Democracy, Anti-Corruption, Union Citizenship and Free Movement, specifically the unit responsible to support election including through the European Cooperation Network on Elections.
