Mission & Goals

EIBENS is a market intelligence and communication agency specializing in the agri-food sector in Asia for international clients, mainly working with foreign governments and sector associations. With offices in Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, and Madrid, and strategic partners across key markets, we implement campaigns in Mainland China, Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Our values emphasize diversity, sustainability, and practical solutions. We have a diverse, multinational team of over 30 professionals from 8 different nationalities. We are committed to becoming climate-positive, aligning our strategy with the UN’s SDGs. By focusing on sound research and market intelligence, we deliver realistic, tailored recommendations—avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions and unnecessary details in our reports.

EU Legislative Interests

Since 2019, EIBENS has been actively involved in promoting EU agricultural products under Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, which aims to enhance information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products both within the internal market and in third countries. EIBENS has been selected as the implementing body for four REA AGRIP communication campaigns and a subcontractor for another, executing a variety of campaigns and events designed to promote EU farm products globally. These initiatives have been carried out under the slogan "Enjoy, it’s from Europe," focusing on diverse EU agricultural products in various Southeast Asian markets, including China, Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Taiwan. EIBENS has also acted as a subcontractor, managing various activities in China to promote the EU-China bilateral agreement on the mutual recognition of Geographical Indications (GIs), under DG INTPA (Project number: 2010397 | Asia Partnerships Facility)

Communication Activities

We are a communication and market intelligence agency working exclusively in the agri-food industry with European clients in Asian markets. We do two main things market intelligence to help clients make informed decisions and communication and promotion across Asia. We do almost everything that can be done to communicate and promote food and drinks. We organise events like in-store promotions, trade shows and exhibitions, seminars, tastings, open days, cooking competitions and contests. We also handle online presence like your social media, website and e-commerce promos. And to reach the right audience, we make use of advertising in digital, print, TV and OOH and PR by working with media and key opinion leaders.
