Mission & Goals
The Estonian Infra Construction Association (ESTICA) was founded in June 05, 1991. The association acts as a non-profit organisation and incorporates companies and state enterprises that operate in road industry (member companies) and diploma road engineers (individual members). The goal of ESTICA is to promote the development of road-building sector and encourage its activities.
