Mission & Goals
The aim of the association is to advance medicines availablity in Estonia and the EU through supporting the interests of medicines distribution and supply chain actors on the wholesale level in Estonia and to protect the interests and rights of our association and the healthcare distribution sector in Europe and in the Republic of Estonia.
EU Legislative Interests
Revision of the EU General Pharmaceutical Legislation. ERHL has not had outreached EU institutions on this initiative but our association is a member in the European Healthcare Distribution Association, GIRP, that is the umbrella organisation of full-service healthcare distributors in Europe. The upcoming Critical Medicines Act. ERHL is a member of the Critical Medicines Alliance established by the European Commission. The implementation of the CER Directive on the part of medicine wholesalers.
Communication Activities
ERHL is a member of the European Healthcare Distribution Association, GIRP, that is the umbrella organisation of full-service healthcare distributors in Europe. ERHL has not otherwise by itself outreached to EU institutions, except by being a member of the EU Critical Medicines Alliance.
