Mission & Goals
The EDGE (Experts in Democracy, Governance and Elections) is a Foundation of Public Utility registered under Belgian Law to support democracy advances through capacity building and sustainable technology. EDGE provides methodology support, advice and fellowship to individuals and institutions working to enhance democracy by promoting understanding of electoral processes and the sustainable and transparent use of technology applications in electoral activities. As a member organisation of the European Partnership for Democracy, the EDGE Foundation strives to promote values of transparency and sustainability in electoral processes through a long-term and holistic approach to electoral assistance that goes beyond the electoral period and inscribes its technical interventions in a more comprehensive and politically aware context.
