Mission & Goals
ECOFACTOR is an EV Charging ecosystem company which produces EV Charging hardware and software. Building a charging network for EV passenger and HGV across Ukraine, the EU and the UK suing renewables energy and battery storages.
EU Legislative Interests
Our interest representation activities most recently focus on the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1804), the Renewable Energy Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/2413), the Energy Efficiency Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/1791), the EU Electricity Market Design Reform (2024), the EU Batteries Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542), the EU Climate Law (Regulation (EU) 2021/1119), and the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy (COM(2020) 789 final).
Communication Activities
We have engaged with EU institutions primarily through the following activities: Participation in consultations and stakeholder dialogues on the implementation of the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) and related sustainable mobility policies. Regular exchanges with European Commission services (DG MOVE, DG ENER, CINEA) regarding technical standards for EV charging infrastructure, interoperability, and funding opportunities under CEF Transport and LIFE CET. Input to public consultations on the Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) and Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), focusing on renewable integration and storage solutions. Attendance at EU-funded programme events and info-days (e.g. LIFE CET Info Days, CEF Transport calls), including direct Q&A with Commission representatives. Networking with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and their offices during conferences and exhibitions to raise awareness about EV charging infrastructure challenges in Ukraine and the EU. Cooperation with EU-backed platforms such as Hubject and other interoperability initiatives relevant for AFIR implementation.
