Mission & Goals
ECO Platform is an International Non-Profit Association, established in 2013. Aim of the Association is to promote and to contribute to the sustainable development, including a low-carbon economy and resource efficiency. ECO Platform focused on the European Construction Sector, first, before extending to a global scale and beyond construction. ECO Platform supports mainstreaming of life- cycle assessments (LCA) for buildings and infrastructure projects by provision of reliable product data in an affordable and effective way. Having established harmonized verification guidelines for Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), it offers ECO EPD via the ECO Portal.
