The Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC), which establishes key principles for waste management, recycling, and recovery. The Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 on Shipments of Waste, which is particularly relevant for the transboundary movement of materials between the EU and third countries, including Latin America and the Caribbean. The EU Circular Economy Action Plan, promoting resource efficiency and the use of secondary raw materials globally. Eco Chemical Recycle does not conduct direct lobbying activities but contributes to the practical implementation of EU legislation by enabling safe, transparent, and compliant recycling operations across regions, supporting the EU’s external dimension of the circular economy.
