Mission & Goals
The East and Horn of Africa Election Observers Network (E-HORN) is a regional platform comprising citizen election observer organizations from seven countries within the East and Horn of Africa region whose vision is to achieve genuine, democratic and peaceful elections in the region.
EU Legislative Interests
The E-HORN objectives align with the European Democracy Action Plan where electoral integrity is protected and citizens exercise their right to elect leaders through processes that are credible, free, transparent and fair, in an environment that promotes freedom of expression and flow of information.
