Domaine Barovo, the highest vineyard in the Balkans, is located 500–700 meters above sea level in the Baba Mountains. Its unique terroir—volcanic soil and high daily temperature variations—produces exceptional grapes and premium wines that reflect the region’s distinct character. Known for sustainable practices and indigenous varieties, Domaine Barovo is committed to expanding its production while maintaining quality. Its goal is to craft world-class wines that gain international recognition and showcase the richness of North Macedonia’s winemaking heritage.
