Mission & Goals

The company Mlin i Pekara d.o.o. Ljubače was founded in 1950. It operates a bakery production facility consisting of five departments: the bread production line, pastry department, special bread department, frozen product department, and traditional cakes department. In addition, the company owns a wheat mill with a processing capacity of 150 tons per day, an animal feed factory with a monthly production capacity of 800 tons, and a corn mill with a capacity of 200 tons per month. The company employs 120 workers and offers an assortment of over 60 products. Our mission is to build and preserve a recognizable brand, and through the continuous modernization of all business segments, especially production facilities, energy efficiency enhancements and to become a leader in the milling and baking industry throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, one of our main goals is to expand our exports across Europe. Company adheres to ISO standards, HACCP, NON GMO.
