Mission & Goals
D4E will aim to achieve its objective of establishing itself as a voice of a unified European drone industry through the following principal activities: - Will aim to provide its members and other associations, an essential platform for discussion and cooperation on industry-related challenges, developments and innovations. - Will aim to act as an advisory organisation at EU level and work with public bodies to ensure the growth, competitiveness and sustainability of the European drone industry. - Will aim to conduct analysis on relevant policies; pursue a collective member viewpoint on such policies; and advocate and prepare recommendations to safeguard the interests of its members.

Communication Activities
D4E team has represented its members views in public events, workshops, organised by EU bodies. For example; the events organised by EUROCONTROL "European Network of U-space Stakeholders". The D4E board and its members will aim to attend events organised by the EC on transport in the future. The team will also seek partnership with other associations on drafting joint policy papers/publications.

Additional Information
The budget stated about (less than EUR 10k per year) is correct. D4E is a small association and the activities carried out by its board members are on a "volunteer" basis (without pay) and it has no staff. The association has no cost for office rent as it is managed from one of the board members' private address. The costs for admin. are kept at a minimum.
