Mission & Goals

dmarcian’s purpose is to spread DMARC far and wide by increasing accessibility, advocacy, and thought leadership. We achieve this by focusing on the people doing the work and helping them make the world of email and the greater world a better place for all. Founded in 2012 by one of the primary authors of the DMARC specification, we are dedicated to upgrading the entire world’s email by making DMARC accessible to all. We have offices around the world in key locations of North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

EU Legislative Interests

The Commission invited experts with relevant experience to express their interest in participating in the Internet Standards Deployment (ISD) Forum. https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/news/european-commission-seeks-participants-multi-stakeholder-forum-internet-standards-deployment Applicants wishing to join the Forum from the start were strongly encouraged to submit their applications no later than 12 December 2025, to be considered in time for the Forum’s first meeting. dmarcian made an application before this deadline. dmarcian applied to join the forum and the application to join the Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Internet Standards Deployment was assessed positively. dmarcian were notified on 23 December 2025 that the application to join the forum was assessed positively by the ISD Forum Team. The final confirmation is subject to a valid EU Transparency Register entry The Forum’s main objective is to develop multi-stakeholder guidance identifying the relevant Internet standards and best practices, describing the corresponding deployment techniques, and defining suitable timeframes for fulfilling selected network security requirements under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2690, adopted pursuant to the NIS2 Directive (EU) 2022/2555. As a leader in Email Security, dmarcian is well placed to provide expert input into this forum and contribute positively to its activities.
