Main EU legislative proposals or policies targeted: Dijari Shpk follows EU policies and initiatives related to regional development, sustainable construction, energy efficiency in buildings, tourism development, and access to EU structural and investment funds. This includes: Regulation on the energy performance of buildings (recast); EU Strategy for Sustainable and Smart Mobility; EU Tourism Agenda 2030; Cohesion Policy 2021–2027 – investment in infrastructure and regional growth; European Green Deal – renovation wave for buildings. Dijari Shpk shares relevant EU policy updates through its company channels and has participated in national-level consultations and awareness events related to construction standards and tourism development aligned with EU best practices.

However, we collaborate with several key partners and stakeholders within the construction and tourism sectors to ensure successful project execution and development. Our primary affiliated entities include: Construction and Architecture Partners: We collaborate with a network of reputable architects, engineers, and construction specialists to bring our projects to life, ensuring top-quality, innovative, and sustainable results. Tourism Development Partners: In our tourism ventures, we partner with local tourism organizations and businesses to promote Kosovo’s potential as a tourism destination. Suppliers and Contractors: We maintain strong relationships with suppliers of construction materials and subcontractors who are integral to our operations.

Additional Information

Dijari Shpk was established in 2014 and operates primarily in the construction sector, with recent expansion into tourism development in Kosovo. While the company is well-established, it has not yet engaged in significant EU-related interest representation activities, and therefore has no or very limited costs associated with such efforts to date. The company has not received EU funding, and any future involvement in EU-funded programs or advocacy activities will be reported accordingly. All representation activities are currently managed internally without dedicated personnel or external consultants.
