Mission & Goals
The primary purpose of DTSP is to promote a safer and more trustworthy and vibrant Internet by: (a) facilitating industry consensus on and documentation of the evolving state of the art in content and behavior moderation practices and processes utilized across diverse interactive computer services (collectively, “Practices and Processes”); (b) publicly certifying compliance with such Practices and Processes; (c) promoting implementation and understanding of such Practices and Processes among industry, consumers and users, policymakers, and law enforcement; and (d) undertaking such other activities as may from time to time be appropriate to further the purposes and achieve the goals set forth above.
