Mission & Goals
Our organisation specialises in regulatory consultancy, providing expert advice on digital regulation, AI governance, and consumer protection. We focus on fostering a healthy digital ecosystem by addressing deceptive design, algorithmic transparency, and platform accountability. With experience advising the European Commission and the AI Office on the AI Act, as well as contributing to previous EU projects, we offer strategic insights into regulatory frameworks, compliance, and enforcement challenges. Our work supports policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders in navigating the evolving digital landscape, ensuring that emerging technologies align with fundamental rights, ethical principles, and consumer interest
EU Legislative Interests
Our consultancy focuses on EU legislative proposals and policies related to digital regulation, AI governance, consumer protection, and platform accountability. Key areas of engagement include the AI Act, particularly Article 5 on prohibited practices, the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA), as well as regulatory frameworks addressing dark patterns, algorithmic transparency, and deceptive design. We contribute to discussions on child protection in digital environments, online disinformation, and the regulation of manipulative system architectures. Our work also intersects with data protection laws, such as the GDPR, and emerging EU initiatives on AI liability, fairness, and fundamental rights in the digital sphere
Communication Activities
Our consultancy engages in a range of communication activities to support EU policy discussions on digital regulation, AI governance, and consumer protection. These include policy briefings, reports, and academic publications on the AI Act, DSA, DMA, and related regulatory frameworks. We contribute to expert panels, workshops, and stakeholder consultations with EU institutions, regulators, and civil society organisations. Additionally, we participate in public awareness campaigns, industry roundtables, and knowledge-sharing initiatives on deceptive design, algorithmic manipulation, and online safety. Our communication efforts extend to conference presentations, advisory contributions to EU-funded projects, and engagement with media and policymakers to promote informed discussions on responsible AI and digital regulation
