Mission & Goals
The Dialogue Office for Civil Society Cooperation is a non-profit organization based in Vienna. It promotes democracy and human rights, sustainable development, anti-discrimination, integration and peace with a focus on Eastern and South-Eastern Europe as well as Global South. Through thematic events, partnerships with civil society organizations and initiatives, publications and public discussions, we provide a multilateral space for exchange and community building among civil society organizations and engaged like-minded people. The Dialogue office stands for innovative formats, science-based political education and networked approaches.
EU Legislative Interests
Dialogbüro für Zivilgesellschaftliche Zusammenarbeit - hbs is a member of the network, organized by the European Exchange (Europäischer Austausch gGmbH) for the three-year program “Democracy, Inclusion, Voter Engagement” (DIVE) proposal. As a member of the network we are responsible for the expertise on how Eastern European-originated disinformation influences European electoral process.
