Mission & Goals
Dezernat Zukunft is a non-partisan policy institute that aims to explain and re-think monetary, fiscal, and economic policy in an accessible and coherent way. Our articles and proposals are aimed at political decision-makers, at academics and the media, and the next generation of thinkers and citizens. With our work we aim to broaden public debates and support an inclusive process of political will formation. The core values guiding all our work are democracy, dignity, and widespread prosperity.
EU Legislative Interests
The European Economic Governance Review (Stability and Growth Pact). Monetary Dialogue of the ECB.
Communication Activities
Since 2024 we are a Member of the Monetary Policy Expert Panel for the Commitee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON). The panel has been established for a 4-year period and provides independent expertise for the Commitee for each Monetary Dialogue.
