Mission & Goals
Support stakeholders active in the agri-food chain (e.g. start up companies, SMEs, industry organisations, NGOs) in their endeavours towards achieving compliance with EU regulatory obligations in this field. Support the aforementioned entities in identifying EU policies and legislations that are relevant to their activities. Support the aforementioned entities in reaching out to the EU institutions and/or other relevant EU based stakeholders.
EU Legislative Interests
EU Food and feed hygiene and labelling policies and legislation (e.g. future revision of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of additives for use in animal nutrition) EU Circular Economy and related initiatives (e.g. preparation of the EU Circular Economy Act)
Communication Activities
No specific communication activities have been carried out in relation to the above policies so far. I would however intend to develop an official position paper on behalf of the represented client(s) and outlining its views and/or impacts of the targeted initiative on its activities. I will also support the client in drafting responses to future EU public consultations and/or calls for evidence in relation to these subjects. These communication activities may materialise through the drafting of letter targeted at the European Commission.
