Mission & Goals
Delfin LTD is a company established in 2003 in Kosovo, operating at the national and regional level in food product distribution. We aim to provide high-quality products and efficient distribution services to our consumers and business partners. The company exclusively represents over 30 international and regional brands and manages an advanced logistics network with more than 100 vehicles and fully equipped warehouses. Our objectives include improving the supply chain, promoting high standards in the food market, and strengthening trade cooperation at the national and international levels.
EU Legislative Interests
We are interested in staying informed and contributing to relevant policy developments concerning food distribution, sustainability, and logistics. In this regard, we follow recent and ongoing initiatives such as: – Proposal for a Regulation on packaging and packaging waste (COM/2022/677 final); – Proposal for a Regulation on establishing a framework for ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials (COM/2023/160 final); – Proposal for a Regulation on establishing a framework of measures for strengthening Europe’s net-zero technology manufacturing ecosystem (Net-Zero Industry Act); – Revision of EU legislation on food information to consumers (announced in the Farm to Fork Strategy and expected soon); – European Commission public consultations and roadmaps in the area of food contact materials and environmental labeling. As a food distribution company expanding into renewable energy and electric logistics, we are committed to aligning with EU sustainability and food safety standards, and we remain open to contributing to future consultations or stakeholder dialogues.
Communication Activities
We have not carried out any communication activities related to the listed EU legislative proposals or policies. However, we are open to participating in future consultations, events or initiatives related to food safety, sustainable packaging, and environmental policy where appropriate.

Member Of
Delfin LTD is a member of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. In addition, Delfin LTD regularly contributes to the development of local sports by sponsoring sports clubs in the Republic of Kosovo, under the national Law on Sponsorships. These sponsorships are part of the company’s commitment to social responsibility and community development.
