Mission & Goals
Datenna is an independent Dutch open-source intelligence (OSINT) company that equips European and allied authorities with validated, data-driven insights on the People’s Republic of China. Our mission is to turn complex Chinese-language open sources into actionable knowledge that supports evidence-based policymaking, export-control, FDI screening and national-security risk assessment. Through a proprietary platform that continuously collects, enriches and analyses over a billion data points, we map corporate ownership, R&D and military-civil-fusion links across China. We serve defence, intelligence and civilian ministries in ten countries, with the EU and its Member States as our main area of activity. All data are gathered outside China and processed and hosted in the EU to guarantee integrity, privacy and no outbound traffic. By providing reference-grade intelligence, we help safeguard Europe’s economic resilience, technological edge and security.
