Mission & Goals
Data Boiler is a US based company founded in 2013. We are about Market Reform, Governance Risk Compliance, and FinTech Innovations. We have patented inventions (US, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Europe and Australia) in signal processing, trade analytics, machine learning, time-lock cryptography, etc. Our skills span across asset classes: equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets. We are well versed with the MiFID II/ MiFIR obligations on market data in the Secondary Markets. We believe our experience in other markets would be helpful for the EU Savings & Investments Union. We are agnostic to different Trading Venue Perimeters, considerate of issuers’ concerns, unbiased toward hunter (performance optimizers, asset gatherers), and farmer (asset maximisers, retail) types of firms along the value chain. We provide independent and comprehensive comments to policy makers in different jurisdictions from time-to-time. We are very passionate about the long-term development of capital markets.
