EU Legislative Interests
Directive (EU) 2022/2041 on adequate minimum wages in the European Union (participation in discussions through the European Trade Union Confederation Executive Committee and EU-level social dialogue) European Social Partners Framework Agreement on Digitalisation (2020) (follow-up and exchange of views within the European Trade Union Confederation structures) Directive 89/391/EEC on safety and health at work (Framework Directive) (contributions through participation in the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work) Our organisation contributes to EU-level policy discussions mainly through participation in bodies such as the European Trade Union Confederation, European Economic and Social Committee, European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training and European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.
