Mission & Goals
The Association promotes exchange of good practices in the employee benefits (social protection) field. The main goal is to advocate the EU decision makers on employee benefits related legislation. Moreover, the Association aims at finding easier solutions for cross-border employee benefits arrangements in order to ease the mobility of workers with regards to the coverage of their social benefits, the creation of economies of scale in the management of social protection plans, and a healthy competition between different employee benefits providers across Europe.

Communication Activities
