Mission & Goals

The Foundation may engage in occasional, thematic and non-exclusive cooperation with other legally independent non-profit organisations established in different jurisdictions, where such organisations pursue similar public-interest, educational or social objectives. Such cooperation is informal in nature, limited to exchange of views, good practices or project-based dialogue, and does not constitute a network, group structure, umbrella organisation, representation arrangement or coordinated advocacy framework. Each organisation operates fully autonomously under its respective national law and retains independent governance, funding and decision-making. No entity is authorised to represent another before EU institutions.

EU Legislative Interests

Create Abundance Foundation CLG (Ireland) engages with EU institutions primarily in relation to the following EU policy frameworks and initiatives: – The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, in particular Articles 10 (Freedom of thought, conscience and religion), 21 (Non-discrimination), and 23 (Equality between women and men); – EU policies and strategies on gender equality and women’s empowerment, including the EU Gender Equality Strategy; – EU initiatives related to mental health, emotional well-being and psychosocial resilience, including actions under the EU Health Union and related public health frameworks; – EU education and lifelong learning policies, including initiatives promoting inclusive education, social cohesion and community resilience; – EU policies addressing social inclusion, civil society participation and fundamental rights. The organisation’s activities may involve participation in public consultations, policy dialogues, expert roundtables, civil society forums, conferences and awareness-raising events organised or supported by EU institutions. These interactions aim to contribute perspectives related to emotional resilience, women’s empowerment, freedom of belief and community well-being.

Communication Activities

Planned activities include educational events, community workshops, policy dialogues, online publications and awareness campaigns related to religious freedom, women’s empowerment, emotional well-being and social inclusion. The organisation may co-organise events in Brussels and participate in EU-supported platforms to share research, case studies and best practices in spiritual education and community resilience.

Create Abundance Foundation CLG is not currently a formal member of any EU-level or international umbrella associations, federations or networks. The Foundation cooperates on a non-exclusive and non-hierarchical basis with a global network of independent non-profit organisations operating under the Create Abundance framework. These entities share similar public-interest, educational and social objectives, while remaining legally and financially independent. Such cooperation includes dialogue, exchange of best practices, and informal collaboration on educational and community-oriented initiatives.

Create Abundance Foundation CLG does not have individual members. The organisation operates as a foundation governed by a board of directors and supported by project-based collaborators and volunteers. Affiliated entities include: – Create Abundance Foundation USA Inc. (United States), an independent non-profit corporation established under U.S. law, which shares similar public-interest and educational objectives. The affiliated entity is legally and financially independent and is not a subsidiary, branch or representative office of Create Abundance Foundation CLG.

Additional Information

The organisation is newly established and has not yet completed a full financial year. It has not received any EU funding and has not used or hired any intermediaries to carry out activities covered by the Transparency Register. During its initial development phase, activities related to EU-level engagement are limited in scope and conducted on a non-commercial, exploratory basis.
