Mission & Goals

CPA is an Italian Association of Active Ingredient and Intermediate suppliers, comprising more than 30 manufacturers and distributors who play a key role in the supply of active ingredients to pharmaceutical manufacturers. CPA's mission is to be a strategic advisor to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, open to know-how support and the exchange of expertise with all players in the chemical industry. Since its inception 25 years ago, the Association has been proactively involved in the critical issues related to the sustainable and strategic supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients through activities of information, influence, training, sharing of best practices and interaction with national regulatory authorities
