Coverflex is a technology company providing flexible compensation and benefits solutions to employers across Europe. Our mission is to simplify and modernise the way companies manage employee compensation, benefits, insurance, and related financial services through digital infrastructure. We have an interest in EU policies and initiatives relating to financial services, fintech, digitalisation of the single market, employment and labour frameworks, social security coordination, taxation, data protection, and innovation funding. We monitor and engage on legislative and regulatory developments that may impact digital benefits platforms, cross-border service provision, and the development of the EU single market for financial and employment-related services.
