CEP and German Institute for Development and Sustainability (IDOS) are partners in the development and hosting of the Tax Expenditures Lab, including the Global Tax Expenditures Database and the Global Tax Expenditures Transparency Index. CEP together with the International Centre for Tax and Development, the German Institute for Development and Sustainability, the International Institute for Sustainable Development, and ODI Global have jointly launched a global coalition on tax expenditures. Examples include activities with UNDP on Tax for the SDGs, authoring two chapters in the most recent OECD Survey on Vietnam, and writing a report on tax expenditures for environmental sustainability for the UN's Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLA).
