Mission & Goals
The Consumers' Association of Ireland (CAI) is a Non-government, non-profit, independent, charitable organisation. Its aims are to protect and educate the Irish consumer and to represent them in Ireland and the European Union. The Association is a Membership organisation and open to all to join.
EU Legislative Interests
The CAI is a Member of the Brussels based organisations BEUC and ANEC and follows and supports the policy and lobbying efforts of those organisations. Michael Kilcoyne is the Chairman of the Consumers' Association of Ireland (CAI) Dermott Jewell is the current President of ANEC
