Mission & Goals

CONSULMARC SVILUPPO SRL was created in 1982 to provide companies with innovative services and projects dealing with internationalization, support to knowledge and employment. In 1990 Consulmarc Sviluppo organised a control unit in Italy, coordinating a network of companies in different EU Countries called “Eurosistema”. In 1991 Consulmarc Sviluppo created its office in Brussels, participating as a member in the networks promoted by EU Commission DG enterprise and Industry and taking part in EU projects with public and private partners: -It participated in more than 70 PROJECTS acquiring the capacity to excange good practices and enhance partnerships and networks through programmes exchange. -It innovated its systems and technologies, with a focus on internal management databases and the ICT TOOLS supporting its partners and customers in Europe and outside - It created and it is still increasing a 1200 entries PARTNERS DATABASE - It teached in EU funded training project

Communication Activities

Consulmarc Sviluppo operates in Brussels to collect first-hand information on EU policies, funding programs, and financial instruments. It develops strategic relations and partnerships with relevant institutions and networks, arranging meetings with EU Officials, MEPs, organizations, and diplomatic missions. In recent years, Consulmarc Sviluppo has been working in 4 main areas: -In the SOCIAL IMPACT area, the company, among others, attended meetings and follow-up correspondence with Officers of Unit C4, Asset Management of DG Financial Stability, Financial Markets and Capital Markets Union to gather first-hand information on the EU social entrepreneurship funds-EuSEF: the general and specific features that an Investment Fund has to fulfil to qualify as an EuSEF, the procedures to be followed to register the fund as an EuSEF, etc. Also, the company contacted the EIAH, within the EIB, with the aim to introduce local projects to be funded and to collect information and data on the EIAH procedures to select projects to be developed. Moreover our Company investigated the technical and professional requirements to fulfil to be included in the number of financial services providers which cooperate with the EIAH at national and sub-national level. Mr. Snidero held meetings (followed by further correspondence and contacts) with the SIA-Social Impact Accelerator Team at the European Investment Fund, to discuss the possibility to support Impact Investing projects under the SIA, also receiving guidance and orientation on alternative funding sources and measures, such as Social - As for EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION, the company has been cooperating with EVTA-EU Vocational Training Association in the design and management of EU funded projects, targeting training and employment promotion at EU and local level. -COMMUNITY LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT (CLLD): Consulmarc organized meetings with DG Regio (Head of Unit B3) to support the Municipality of Treviso's participation in urban development, smart cities, and social inclusion projects, specifically exploring financing opportunities guaranteed by the EFSI. The company now manages a dedicated space in its Brussels office to present local development projects to stakeholders, fostering partnerships and attracting investors. - ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION: The company regularly attends Info Days on EU funding programs like Horizon 2020 and LIFE. It has arranged several B2B meetings to introduce projects and business plans to EU Institutions and Networks (e.g., DG Research & Innovation, POLIS Network, EREC) to support clients in commercial expansion and participation in tenders, including working with Europaid for Senegal, the Sahel, and Western Africa. In 2022/2023 this activity has been developed by taking part to online meetings and conferences, together with EU relevant stakeholders. This has led to new relationships with investors, think thanks and policy officers in the areas of interest. Udtape In 2024, the company continued its efforts within the field of human resources connected to upskilling and vocational training to digital and green. This work culminated in 2025 when Consulmarc Sviluppo becoming a recognized formal member of the EU Pact for Skills. This strategic positioning is leveraged through its core business focus on Human Resources, allowing the company to actively contribute to the dissemination and implementation of the Pact’s objectives. Furthermore, Consulmarc Sviluppo is actively involved in a major project with universities dedicated to talent mobility in partnership with Pre-accession Countries. This is directly aligned with the evolving needs of its clients, whose projects increasingly require personnel with integrated digital and green skills to manage complex, modern challenges. The company's active membership in the Pact for Skills greatly facilitates this work by strengthening its network and increasing its reach among relevant EU stakeholders.
