EU Legislative Interests

Granit as a construction company is devoted to sustainable and responsible growth. Our core business and interest is construction based on the main principal of green economy, however as we see our employees as our biggest asset and therefore we shall further focus also on the human capital development. By that we would like to endorse and tune in with major EU policies in the field of human capital development and the green economy. We are committed to investing in training, upskilling and inclusive employment measures that help deliver on the objectives of the European Pillar of Social Rights, the European Skills Agenda and the EU Green Deal. We will encourage green skills, energy-saving design and sustainable construction methods in support of a fair transition to a low-carbon economy. Through strategic and innovative programming initiatives, we seek to shape and bolster these policies— notably around the promotion of digital and green skills, vocational education, and equal opportunities in the construction sector.

Communication Activities

Public call by the European Commission for expression of interest for Western Balkan's based businesses who seek to invest in WB economies in line with the EU strategic areas of interest and policy privacy.

Member Of

Granit AD Skopje is part of the Organization of employers of Macedonia (https://orm.org.mk/) which is the official partner representing the employers in the collective barraging and partner in the Economic social Council formed by participants representing the employers, government and trade unions. We also take part as responsible participant in the policy making of the country true our membership and active participation in the Macedonian economic Chamber of Commers (https://www.mchamber.mk/en) and the American chamber of commerce (https://amcham.mk/).

Additional Information

Since we have not engaged in any EU funding project until now the estimate actual annual costs are on a low level, however we expect in future those costs to be much higher, and the time involved also.
