Mission & Goals
National Youth Council of Moldova (CNTM) is the umbrella organisation representing youth and youth organisations in the Republic of Moldova. Its main goal is to promote the interests, rights, and participation of young people in decision-making processes at local, national, and international levels. CNTM’s remit includes: Advocacy and policy dialogue: representing youth voices in public institutions and contributing to the development and monitoring of national youth policies, strategies, and legal frameworks. Capacity building: strengthening youth organisations through training, mentoring, and resource development in areas such as participation, leadership, digital engagement, and project management. Civic engagement and democracy: encouraging active citizenship among young people by organising debates, consultations, and campaigns that promote democratic participation, European values, and social inclusion.
