Mission & Goals
CONFAPI, Confederazione Italiana della Piccola e Media Industria Privata, represents and protects Italian industrial SMEs, promoting their development and internationalisation. Founded in 1947, the organisation works to enhance independent entrepreneurship, supporting companies in their growth and access to foreign markets through specific services and institutional agreements. CONFAPI is committed to defending the interests of industrial SMEs in the economic, regulatory and fiscal fields, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Through a capillary network of territorial associations, it provides support and advice to foster the competitiveness of the Italian production system, helping to create employment and wealth in the territory. It signs collective labour agreements with Cgil Cisl and Uil and with Federmanager for the most representative production sectors. CONFAPI is a member of CNEL and EESC.
