Mission & Goals
We are a private company established in 2003 for the excavation and refinement of river sand. One year later, we expanded the business with the production of concrete, thus becoming a regional leader in this industry. In 2007, we further expanded our expertise to hydroengineering, road construction, infrastructural projects, execution of industrial project and other projects. Our last expansion was in the field of development of private housing as well as private and public business facilities. We strive to bring our expertise in these industries, use of high quality materials, as well as highly experienced staff to provide high quality construction projects and supply construction materials of the highest quality, whilst taking into account the highest standards, sustainable excavation and development and environmental protection, by looking to decrease carbon emissions and our reliance on fossil fuels during the development of our projects.
EU Legislative Interests
The purpose of registration in the EU Transparency Register is to enable the participation in the Call for Expressions of Interest by EU/EEA/Western Balkans companies to invest in the Western Balkans region. The company aligns itself with the The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), pushing for energy efficiency and retrofitting of older structures; The EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, which classifies construction practices based on their environmental sustainability; The Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), which mandates the use of Best Available Techniques to limit pollution from construction-related industrial activities; The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), set to apply fully by 2026, imposes a carbon price on certain imports like steel and cement, encouraging the use of low-emission materials and boosting the competitiveness of greener construction practices.
